Georgia Energy Efficient Appliance Rebate Program
If you are resident of Georgia, then this information may be of particular importance to you when purchasing or renovating your home. Starting February 12th, 2010 and until the money is spent, qualified applicants will receive a Visa® Prepaid Gift Card in the mail for each eligible Energy Star appliance purchased (see the list below). It is important to note that on-line purchases are not eligible for the rebate. Also, the fine print states that you must first purchase the appliance before requesting a rebate (duh...).

This Georgia appliance rebate program probably won't last long (or renewed). So grab it while you can if you were thinking about upgrading your exixting appliance to a more energy efficient model anyway.
